George Maddaloni

My name is George Maddaloni, and I am a photographer hailing from Westport, Connecticut. I am eager to explore new opportunities in photojournalism, digital media, and photography focused on marketing and communications. I proudly earned my Master’s Degree in Journalism from Quinnipiac University in May 2025.

From May through August of 2025, I worked as a photography intern for the Martinsville Mustangs summer collegiate baseball team. I travelled with the team, photographing almost every game and publishing the photos to the team’s social media profiles.

Throughout my graduate year, I worked as an assistant photographer for Quinnipiac’s Marketing and Communications office, starting from the summer after my senior year until my graduation.

In recent years, I have enhanced my portfolio by capturing images and writing articles for various publications, including the Westport Journal, the Quinnipiac Chronicle, and The Summit Yearbook. 

I had the privilege of traveling with the Quinnipiac Club eSports team as their photographer and gained valuable experience as a Media Coordination Intern for the nonprofit Little Friends for Peace in the DC/DMV area. 

Additionally, I documented the 2025 MAAC Men’s and Women’s Basketball Championship in Atlantic City, New Jersey, photographing both the Quinnipiac Men’s and Women’s basketball teams for the Quinnipiac Chronicle.

I am currently seeking opportunities and internships in Sports Photography, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, and Multimedia Journalism.
